BLURB: Oregon Humane Society had evolved into one of the largest and most influential animal welfare organizations in the country, but its brand still felt like a local shelter. We helped reposition the organization around one emotion: Joy. The rebrand shifted the focus from guilt and rescue to connection, optimism, and possibility. From strategy to identity, every part of the system was designed to make people feel that joy.
